Apparently it is a folder problem. I copied the files to another location and the tool worked.

I am working with a group of students. Unfortunately, now download a trial version is not an option. Also, it is very weird because sometimes the surround tool works sometimes not.

Thank you for your message Cristina. I am using the 2017 version. I am trying to use the I7_pan.pix and railroad.pix In the error message it is appearing something related to Quick Styles.
